Video: The Scribbles “The Robot Song”

It was only a matter of time until we had this "You got peanut butter in my chocolate" moment.  Robots and ukeleles together at last!  I'm super psyched on this video and it makes me happy to see young kids

a) Rocking ukuleles
b) writing original songs
c) digging on robots

Also, can we talk about the robot costume?  It's freaking adorable!  What's that? Am I crying? Maybe a little. None of your business, okay? From BoingBoing we have "Robots Are Taking Over the World (but ukeleles will save us)."

News: No Tiptoeing Through the Tulips

Yay! More press about the Ukulele Orchestra of Great Brittain! From reading the article, it sounds like they do everything from Mozart, to Talking Heads. Dang, I wanna hear eight ukulele experts, clad in tuxedos, totally nail "Psycho Killer". Woah, it looks like you can buy CDs from http://www.ukuleleorchestra.com/. Time to raid my wife's purse for the credit cards!

News: Kazookeylele v2 – Bohemian Rapsody

Here I am, using the Google machine to find as much ukulele-related information as is humanly possible.  Then, I see a link with the word Kazookeylele in it.  Kazookeylele?  What the deuce could that possibly be?  I'll tell you.  It's pure awesomeness.   According to the little bit of information I was able to gleam from Monkey Review, this is version 2 of the Kazookeylele.  I take it that means that version 1 is no longer in use?  Cause, I'll tell you right now.  I NEEDS IT! The charming pink-haired fellow performing on the Kazookeylele reminds me of a shorter, more charming version of Tiny Tim.  And, I think Tiny Tim was made of 100% charm, so that's saying a lot.  I wish this guy the best in everything he does!
